Eggs? Eggs.🥚🍳 (Part 2)

Hey chickens! 🐔

I’m back. I’m not that much of a good cook, but I know the basics, lol. So, here we go!

It was literally hilarious when I got to know that a friend of mine couldn’t “boil eggs”, lol, let’s just call him P. 👱🏽‍♂️

Here’s how our conversation went:

Me: “What else can you make besides Custard?”

P: “Well, I can make sandwiches and stuff, but I just can’t boil eggs.”🥚

Me: “What? That’s so easy!”

I was laughing by then.😂

P: “Yeah, it’s like, I put the egg in the pot and it just cracks.”

If you are like P, then you definitely need to know how to boil an egg. 🥚

MY BOILED AND GOLDEN EGGS!❤️

Ingredients: Water, salt and an egg.

Instructions: Take a pot, fill it with water and place the egg in it. Fill the pot with water until the egg is completely immersed. Add a tablespoon of salt in the water.

Then place the pot on the stove and let it boil. After about 10 minutes use a fork to crack the egg slightly. If some contents of the egg spill out then, boil it for five more minutes and repeat the step with the fork again.

I also tried making a golden egg. All you need to do is, shake the egg well until and unless you feel like it has completely mixed. (As they say, shake well before use, lol)Then proceed with the same method for boiling!😊

MY MOUTH WATERING SANDWICH!🤤

Then I made an egg sandwich! 🥪 And Goddd, it was delicious. 🤤

Ingredients: Two slices of bread, an egg, a pattie.

I tried making a half-fried egg, which unfortunately, turned out to be a full fried, lol.😂

Instruction for the fried egg: Turn on the stove and put the frying pan on it. Add some butter onto the stove and let it melt. Once the butter has melted, crack the egg onto the stove. (It’s very difficult to flip an egg, so I just keep on splashing the melted butter onto the egg and that helps.) Make the egg. 🍳

I used a frozen pattie, so you can choose to either make your own or get the frozen ones from the store. I used the KnN’s product.

Instructions for the pattie: Take it out of the box, place it onto the already lit stove with the frying pan on it and let it get ready, flip it over once or twice and you’re done.

MEETHA ANDA!🤤❤️

All my life I’ve eaten scrambled eggs with sugar in them, we call them, “Meetha Anda” at my home. Meetha means sweet, while Anda means an egg. The first time I ever tried scrambled eggs in a hotel or restaurant, I was disgusted, they tasted so……(I have no words) The scrambled eggs were tasteless. So, today, I give you my recipe of Meetha Anda:❤️

Ingredients: And egg, two tablespoons of sugar, 5/2 cup of milk. 🥛

Instructions: Mix all these ingredients in a bowl and beat the egg such that the sugar gets dissolved. Place a frying pan on the stove after lighting it up. Add butter on the stove. Let it melt and then, add the mixture. Keep on mixing and stirring the mixture with a wooden spoon. Soon, the meetha Anda would be ready. Bon appetite.🎊

I hope you enjoyed my super easy recipes. It took me about 5 minutes to make these things each. Hope you guys have an egg-cellent day.❤️ Lots of love.😊
